Most login problems we see come down to four things, and each has a simple fix:
- Wrong username format. Usernames are case-sensitive. Copy it exactly from our WhatsApp message, with no extra spaces.
- Forgot password. The platform has no email reset, so message us from the mobile number linked to your ID and we'll arrange a reset.
- Old or fake login link. Copycat pages that look like the real login screen are common. Only use the link we send you, and never type your password into a site you reached from an ad or a random Telegram group.
