New ID

Payment issue

How quickly we reply
During support hours most chats get a first reply within a few minutes. In the hour before a big IPL match it can take 15–20 minutes, so send non-urgent questions in the afternoon.

Scam warning: how to tell it's really us
In our support chats we often hear from people contacted by someone using our name. Usually an unknown number messages first, offers a "special bonus" or says your account is blocked, and asks you to pay a fee or share a code. Here is what we will and won't do:
- We don't message you first asking for money. Any payment details come only inside a chat you started with +91 81097 88376.
- We never ask for an OTP. Not for login, not for withdrawals, not for "verification".
- We never ask for your password or UPI PIN. We can reset a password without knowing the old one.
- We don't charge to release a withdrawal. If someone says you must pay tax or a fee before your winnings are released, stop and check with us.
